Adults and children aged 14 years and over: Swallow 1 capsule with a drink of water 3 or 4 times daily after meals and at bedtime as needed. Not recommended for children under 14 years. Do not exceed the stated dose.

- if you are allergic to Simeticone or any of the other ingredients.
- or if you are under 14 years.
Like all medicines Wind-eze can have side effects but not everybody gets them. You may experience allergic reactions such as a skin rash, itchy skin, swelling of the face or tongue, or difficulty breathing or stomach upset, diarrhoea, nausea or constipation.
Wind-eze is formulated to relieve the symptoms of a build-up of trapped wind such as stomach pain and bloating by dispersing the tiny bubbles of trapped wind. It’s main ingredient is simeticone, an antiflatulent which usually starts to work within 30 minutes.
Adults and children 14 years and over can take one capsule three or four times daily after meals and at bedtime as necessary.
Try some simple changes which may help to reduce bloating which is usually caused by excess gas in the gut. Take your time when eating, chew your food well and keep your mouth closed when you chew. You can also try limiting the number of fizzy drinks you have, eat smaller portions of wind-producing foods such as certain vegetables and swapping dried pulses for tinned, rinsed versions.
Stomach pain can be a symptom of a build-up of trapped wind which is commonly caused by a build-up of gas in the gut. The cause of the gas can be due to certain food and drinks such as vegetables and alcohol, fizzy drinks and swallowing air while eating.
